The municipal term of Benicull of Xúquer borders on the following localities: Alcira, Corbera, and Poliñá of Júcar, all of them of the province of Valencia.
Municipality created the year 2003 by means of segregation on behalf of the municipal term of Poliñá of Júcar and whose history is joined to that of this locality.
The first time that the place name Benicull turns out to be documented is in 1914. There have been traces of poblamiento that go from the Eneolítico up to the Age of the Bronze in the area known as The Quarry. At the end of last century several families proceeding from Benigánim settled in this place.
TheTown is located in the right rim of the river Júcar.
From Valencia, one gains access to this locality across the N-332 to connect with the CV 505.
