The municipal Alfarrasí term borders on the following localities: Benisuera, Guadasequies, Montaverner, Ollería, The Dovecote, and Sempere, all of the province of Valencia.

The surface of the term is waved, and she lacks important heights with the exception of a small foreland on which a chapel is located. The ground is whitish, due to the marls and clays that form it.
